Cardinal Health, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate II for seasonal flex staffing in Lakeland, FL. The role features a flexible schedule with a mandatory weekly shift and potential additional shifts, with an hourly rate of $19.00 based on experience.

Anticipated end date is January 22, 2027, and a PTO benefit is provided. Candidates should be able to lift up to 50 pounds, work in cold environments, and operate or train on material handling equipment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Follow established process to fulfill orders, including picking, quality checks, packing, and preparing for shipment.
• Cross-train in multiple warehouse areas and participate in projects as needed.
• Perform housekeeping and inventory control tasks and maintain a safe, clean work environment.
• Willingness to train and be certified to drive material handling equipment (e.g., order picker, forklift, reach truck).

Job description

Cardinal Health - Warehouse Associate II (Seasonal Flex)

Flex Schedule: Mondays 8:00am- 4:30pm or until finish (Remainder of the work week you can get as many or as few hours as you prefer. You choose based on available shifts. 8-29hrs weekly)

This role operates on a flexible schedule based on business volume. Flex workers are mainly used to support high-volume days, planned PTO coverage and high call-off periods. Available shifts may vary by location and week.

Candidate will be required to work one mandatory shift per week that is scheduled in advance by the business (recruiter may input required day by site if applicable). Any additional shifts may be selected by candidate (e.g., candidate will have a mandatory shift every Monday from 8:00am - 4:30pm(UTC) and candidate may determine whether to select any additional available shifts).

Anticipated End Date: January 22nd 2027

Anticipated hourly rate: $19.00 per hour based on experience (includes shift differential)

What Warehouse Operations contributes to Cardinal Health

Warehouse Operations is responsible for performing a combination of manual or automated tasks necessary for the receipt, storage, and shipment of product. This may include receiving product, fulfilling, packaging, and shipping orders within established team goals to ensure on time order delivery.
