Cardinal Health is seeking a Warehouse Associate II in Lakeland, FL. The role involves picking, packing, and shipping orders in a fast-paced warehouse environment, with training provided on day one.

Schedule includes Sunday night into Monday-Thursday night shifts, with a pay rate of $20.50 per hour, including shift differential. Benefits and a supportive team culture are highlighted in the posting.

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Follow established process to fulfill orders, including picking, quality checks, packing, and shipment preparation.
• Cross-training in multiple warehouse areas and participation in projects.
• Perform housekeeping and inventory control to maintain a safe, clean workspace.
• Previous warehouse experience and comfort with heights up to 30 feet on power equipment is preferred but not required.
• Follow directions and adapt to changing priorities.

What Warehouse Operations contributes to Cardinal Health

Warehouse Operations is responsible for performing a combination of manual or automated tasks necessary for the receipt, storage, and shipment of product. This may include receiving product, fulfilling, packaging, and shipping orders within established team goals to ensure on time order delivery.
