Westrock Coffee Company is seeking a Warehouse Associate II to accurately receive deliveries at the Collins facility and support inventory control. This role reports to the Inventory Supervisor and Inventory Specialist.

Keys to success include forklift experience, strong math skills for recipes, and clear communication with cross-functional teams. You will ensure safety, GMP compliance, and timely documentation, including NetSuite uploads.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1-2 years' experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 1-2 years' experience monitoring product quality.
• 1-2 years' of certified forklift experience.
• Strong mathematical skills using percentages and fractions for recipes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers.
• Basic knowledge of mechanics.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office).

Responsibilities

• Receives deliveries daily.
• Performs truck inspection before accepting the load.
• Verifies product and quantity received matches bill of lading (BOL) and delivery schedule to ensure proper invoicing.
• Operate a forklift in a safe and proficient manner.
• Partners with QA on collecting green coffee samples for testing (moisture and temperature).
• Communicates with Roasting and QA team on staging deliveries.
• Receive products against POs and upload documents to NetSuite; notify relevant parties.
• Receive transfer orders from other Westrock locations.
• Operate a powered lift truck to perform duties.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow safety procedures and GMP requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
