Job summary

Westrock Coffee is hiring a Warehouse Associate II at the Collins facility in Conway, AR. You will accurately receive deliveries daily, inspect loads, verify items against BOL and schedules, and operate a forklift safely while coordinating with QA for green coffee sampling.

You’ll also maintain a clean, organized, and GMP-compliant workspace, upload documents to NetSuite, and communicate with Roasting/QA teams to ensure timely and accurate invoicing and transfers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years manufacturing experience.
• 1–2 years monitoring product quality.
• 1–2 years of certified forklift experience.
• Strong math skills for recipes using percentages and fractions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of mechanics and computers (Microsoft Office).

Responsibilities

• Receives deliveries daily.
• Inspects trucks before unloading.
• Verifies items against BOL and delivery schedule for invoicing.
• Operates a forklift safely.
• Coordinates with QA on green coffee sampling for testing.
• Coordinates with Roasting/QA on staging deliveries.
• Uploads documents to NetSuite and notifies relevant parties.
• Receives transfer orders from other Westrock locations.
• Maintains a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
• Adheres to safety procedures and GMP requirements.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
