Job summary

La-Z-Boy Incorporated is hiring for a Z-Dock Associate II in Chesapeake, VA. The role supports offloading, receiving, storage, and distribution of products in a warehouse, using bar code scans and a variety of heavy equipment to move items efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities include receiving inbound goods, stocking designated areas, fulfilling outbound orders, and recording locations in the system. A high school diploma and forklift certification are required, with cherry picker experience

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required with 1–2 years in warehousing or related role.
• Forklift certification is required; cherry picker is a plus.
• Basic computer skills for inventory logs and databases.

Responsibilities

• Receive, move, and stock inbound products; record locations in the system.
• Fulfill orders by locating, transporting, and scanning outbound products.
• Perform inventory cycle counts as required to meet compliance.
• Operate heavy equipment safely and maintain a clean, organized warehouse.
