Job summary

La-Z-Boy Incorporated is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support offloading, receiving, storage, and distribution in a fast-paced facility. You will operate forklift and cherry picker, scan barcodes, move inventory, and ensure accurate placement and inventory records via our proprietary system.

The role emphasizes safe handling, teamwork, and timely order fulfillment to meet customer needs, dealers, and delivery partners.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Forklift certification required.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks.
• Basic computer skills for inventory logging.
• Good communication and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and stock inbound products.
• Transport and store items using lift and pallet equipment.
• Fulfill outbound orders and scan items to update system.
• Perform regular inventory cycle counts.
• Maintain clean, safe warehouse and comply with safety rules.
