Job summary

La-Z-Boy Incorporated in Florence, SC is seeking a Z-Dock Associate II to assist with offloading, receiving, shipping and inventory in a busy warehouse. You will operate lift equipment, scan barcodes, and ensure accurate placement of stock while following safety rules.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, forklift certification, basic computer skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods. Training is provided, and benefits include medical, 401k, holidays and PTO.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent with 1-2 years in warehousing or delivery.
• Forklift certification is required; cherry picker is a plus.
• Basic computer skills for inventory logs and databases.
• Good written and verbal communication; able to move heavy items.

Responsibilities

• Receive, transport and stock inbound products; lift and move with powered/manual lift.
• Record stock locations into the inventory system and ensure accuracy.
• Fulfill orders by locating, transporting and scanning outbound products to shipping lanes.
• Perform inventory cycle counts as required; operate heavy equipment safely.
• Maintain a clean, organized warehouse and comply with safety regulations.
