Job summary

Gulf Coast Blood Center in Houston seeks a Warehouse Associate II to support efficient operations by receiving, storing, picking, and delivering supplies. You will manage inventory, perform cycle counts, and ensure accuracy within SOPs as part of a mission-driven team.

The role requires a HS diploma or GED, 1 year in warehouse/inventory, and forklift certification or the ability to obtain it. Valid Texas driver's license and safety program compliance are needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and 1 year of warehouse/inventory experience.
• Basic computer and data entry skills; experience with inventory systems.
• Valid Texas driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain within designated timeframe.
• Must meet Gulf Coast Blood Vehicle Safety Program requirements.

Responsibilities

• Pull, fill, and deliver supply requisitions to departments accurately and on time.
• Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies and support cycle counts.
• Organize supplies and maintain proper inventory rotation.
• Operate forklift and ensure safety and SOP compliance.
• Process mail and provide administrative support as needed.
