Job summary

DGM is seeking a Warehouse Associate II-BE to join our Houston team. You will follow documented procedures, perform quality checks, and support safe, efficient receiving, storage, and shipping operations.

This full-time day-shift role requires 1–4 years of warehouse experience, the ability to lift 35 lbs, familiarity with warehouse software, and a commitment to continuous improvement and safety.

Occasional overtime may apply; position located in Houston, TX; reports to Warehouse Lead.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of warehouse experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Knowledge of Warehouse software required.
• Ability to lift 35 lbs.
• Read a tape measure and use basic hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Follows written work instructions
• Works safely and uses PPE
• Escalates safety or quality concerns
• Performs quality control checks
• Sorts and racks materials by size, type, or code
• Assembles paperwork and prepares pallets
• Marks materials with identifying information
• Loads freight and ensures stability
