Job summary

ORS Nasco in Houston, TX is seeking a Warehouse Worker II to support inventory control, shipping, receiving and order fulfillment. You will maintain accurate stock records, prepare and process shipments, and ensure goods are handled safely and efficiently with teammates to meet daily goals.

A high school diploma is required. Prior warehouse experience with inventory control, picking/packing, and operating warehouse equipment is preferred.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Warehouse experience with inventory control, shipping/receiving, and picking/packing.
Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely.
Basic computer skills to use inventory management software.
Physical ability to lift and move heavy items and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

Perform inventory control by tracking stock levels and updating systems.
Handle shipping and receiving duties and inspect shipments for accuracy and quality.
Pick and pack orders to meet customer specifications and deadlines.
Operate warehouse equipment safely (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks).
Maintain a clean and organized work area for safety and efficiency.
