Job summary

Incora is seeking a Warehouse Associate II to join our Wisconsin team. You will handle receiving, put-away, picking, packing, stocking, labeling, and shipping of customized orders, ensuring accuracy and timely completion in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires forklift certification and 1–2 years warehousing/shipping experience; strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a team or independently are essential, with DOT/EPA knowledge a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Forklift certification training and current license preferred.
• 1–2 years warehousing, inventory control or shipping experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently as needed.
• Familiarity with DOT/EPA guidelines for transporting hazardous materials.

Responsibilities

• Receive material from vendors and enter data.
• Count and record material to ensure accuracy.
• Pick or stock materials using RF scanning.
• Package and prepare material for shipment.
• Perform cycle counts and inventory audits.
• Follow safety regulations and operate pallet jacks/forklifts when trained.
