Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Warehouse Associate II to support inbound and outbound operations. You will receive, stock, pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment in a fast-paced distribution environment.

You will use RF scanners and various material handling equipment, ensuring accuracy and safety. The role requires flexibility for overtime and a focus on quality and teamwork across shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs to process orders including picking, quality checks, sorting, packing, and shipment preparation.
• Cross-train in multiple warehouse areas and participate in projects as needed.
• Utilize Warehouse Management System (WMS) to check in/out products.
• Operate material handling equipment safely as required (forklifts, order pickers).
• Maintain clean, safe work environment and assist with inventory control.
• Support regular team meetings and communicate concerns to supervision.
