  • Demonstrate attention to detail and organization.
  • Lift up to 40 pounds and perform physical tasks.
  • Support loading/unloading trucks.

What We're Looking For

Assists with the efficient operation of the warehouse by performing the physical and/or administrative tasks of shipping, receiving, storing, and distributing materials and products. Parcel shipping processing.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities
  • Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy and quality, and prepare orders for shipping with precision
  • Conduct inventory counts, resolve discrepancies, and maintain organized, accurate inventory records
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks
  • Mentor and train less experienced warehouse staff, promoting adherence to company procedures and best practices
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment, following all safety protocols and standards
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize workflows and meet productivity goals
  • Take initiative in resolving issues, adapting to changing priorities, and ensuring smooth warehouse operations
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform physical tasks, including standing, bending, and walking for extended periods
  • Support other warehouse functions as needed, including loading and unloading trucks
Required Job Requirements

Incentive Compensation

In addition to base pay, Zebra offers this role the opportunity to earn a performance-based annual cash incentive, at a target equal to 3% of base pay, in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.
