Job summary

Mediacom Communications is seeking a Warehouse Associate I in Springfield, MO to support receiving, inventorying, issuing, and shipping activities for CPE and related equipment.

You will maintain secure inventory, perform cycle counts, prepare equipment for shipment, and operate forklifts while adhering to safety standards. The role requires 1-3 years in a warehouse, a HS diploma, and ability to lift up to 70 pounds.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years’ experience working in a warehouse environment preferred.
• Knowledge of OSHA and implications in duties.
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and operate forklifts.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass DOT physical if needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory in a secure and orderly manner with controls.
• Test, input, and record status moves of CPE into the tracking system.
• Transport inventory via company vehicle to other locations.
• Perform regular cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Investigate discrepancies and recommend actions.
