Job summary

Mediacom Communications is seeking a Warehouse Associate I to handle receiving, inventorying, issuing, and shipping materials at our Illinois facility. You will support CPE testing and ensure accurate records under the supervision of warehouse staff.

The role requires lifting up to 70 pounds, forklift operation, and adherence to OSHA guidelines, with room for growth within a dynamic team serving over 1.55 million customers across 22 states.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years in a warehouse preferred.
• Ability to operate forklifts and other industrial vehicles.
• Must pass DOT physical when needed.
• Valid drivers license and safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory securely with company controls.
• Test, input, and record CPE status moves in tracking system.
• Transport inventory between locations by company vehicle.
• Perform cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Prepare equipment for shipment to multiple locations.
• Lift and carry up to 70 pounds.
• Other duties as assigned.
