Job summary

Mediacom Communications is seeking a Warehouse Associate I in Illinois to handle receiving, inventorying, issuing, and shipping of CPE and related equipment. You will work under the supervision of Warehouse personnel to maintain accurate records and support distribution across locations.

Responsibilities include conducting cycle counts, preparing shipments, and operating forklifts, with physical duties such as lifting up to 70 pounds.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years warehouse experience preferred.
• Knowledge of OSHA and safety protocols.
• Ability to operate forklifts and industrial vehicles.
• DOT physical may be required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory securely with proper controls.
• Test, input, and record status moves of CPE into the tracking system.
• Transport inventory between locations via company vehicle.
• Perform regular cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
• Investigate discrepancies and initiate corrective actions.
• Distribute supplies and return items to proper locations.
• Handle shipping/receiving and lift up to 70 pounds.
• Review records for accuracy and compliance with procedures.
• Prepare equipment for shipment to various destinations.
• Other duties as assigned.
