Job summary

Mediacom Communications seeks a Warehouse Associate I to receive, inventory, issue, and ship materials in a fast-paced facility. You will handle CPE testing and ensure accurate records while maintaining a secure warehouse environment.

Candidate should have a high school diploma or GED with 1–3 years of warehouse experience; OSHA knowledge and forklift operation are required, along with basic computer skills and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years’ experience in a warehouse environment preferred.
• Knowledge of OSHA and its implications for duties.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and show good judgment.
• Effective communication with teammates and supervisors.
• Ability to drive sit-down/stand-up forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
• Proficient computer skills including Excel, Word, Oracle and CSG Billing.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory in a secure, orderly manner with controls.
• Record status moves of CPE into the tracking system.
• Transport inventory and CPE between locations as directed.
• Perform regular cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
• Investigate discrepancies between records and physical inventory.
• Prepare equipment for shipment to various facilities.
