Job summary

Sephora seeks a Warehouse Associate at the Omni-Channel Distribution Center in Avon, IN. The role focuses on receiving, picking, packing, and shipping Sephora orders to stores and online customers, with emphasis on accuracy and safety.

Expect routine cross-training across receiving, packing, put-away and shipping. Strong teamwork, basic math, and RF terminal skills are advantageous in a fast-paced warehouse setting.

Qualifications

• WMS picking procedures familiarity or experience with menu-driven apps.
• Familiarity with warehouse layout and ability to learn it.
• Ability to operate RF terminals to receive, pick and replenish.
• Ability to pack products using standard methods.
• Basic math skills and ability to match numbers.
• Cross-training in receiving, pick, pack, put-away, shipping.
• Understanding other functions and teamwork.
• Positive and enthusiastic demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Receive, stock, pick, pack, prep and ship Sephora orders to stores and online customers.
• Follow safety rules and report violations to supervision.
• Comply with Loss Prevention policies and proper attire.
• Maintain regular attendance and flexible schedule as needed.
• Respond to leadership directions from shifts and managers.
• Provide high quality internal and external customer service.
