Job summary

Sephora's Avon, IN distribution center is seeking a Warehouse Associate to safely receive, stock, pick, pack and ship Sephora orders for retail and online customers. You will be cross-trained across receiving, picking, packing, put-away and shipping to meet changing business needs.

The role emphasizes adherence to safety policies, accurate order fulfillment, strong teamwork, and dependable attendance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with warehouse picking procedures and RF scanning.
• Ability to operate RF terminals to receive, pick and replenish.
• Strong math skills for order accuracy and packing.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced DC environment.
• Positive, can-do attitude and reliability.
• Willingness to learn different warehouse areas and layouts.

Responsibilities

• Safely receive, stock, pick, pack and ship Sephora orders per procedures.
• Cross-train across receiving, picking, packing, put-away and shipping as needed.
• Follow safety rules, PPE guidelines and Loss Prevention policies.
• Maintain regular attendance and flexibility to shift changes or overtime.
• Provide high-quality internal and external customer service per standards.
