Job summary

Sephora in Avon, Indiana is seeking a Warehouse Associate to safely receive, pick, pack, prep and ship products for Sephora stores and online customers. You will operate RF terminals, follow WMS procedures, and contribute to a team-driven distribution center.

The role requires flexibility, regular attendance, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Monday–Friday work, with potential overtime as needed.

• Familiarity with RF terminals and WMS picking procedures.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attendance and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Receive and stock product, and pick, pack, prep and ship Sephora orders to retail stores and online customers.
• Follow all safety rules and policies to ensure safe working practices.
• Cross-train in receiving, pick, pack, put-away and shipping processes.
• Support various warehouse tasks as business needs require.
