Job summary

ADUSA Distribution is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support shipping/receiving operations at our Butner DC. You will move goods safely, prepare orders, operate pallet jacks and forklifts, and ensure accurate inventory flow within a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment.

You will document tasks, follow sanitation standards, and collaborate with a team to improve efficiency and reduce costs while meeting daily production goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required or equivalent.
• Familiarity/experience in a distribution environment beneficial.
• Ability to use a PC for data entry and research purposes.

Responsibilities

• Perform shipping and receiving tasks as assigned by supervisor.
• Complete all shipping/receiving documents.
• Select and palletize groceries, produce, meat, frozen foods, and dairy for shipment to stores.
• Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other handling equipment safely.
• Conduct pre-operational checks on equipment per policy.
• Maintain clean, sanitary work areas and follow sanitation practices.
• Recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
