Job summary

HuFriedyGroup is seeking a Warehouse Associate I to pick, pack, assemble, ship and receive customer products with precise documentation. You will handle distribution tasks, select and label orders, and operate packaging lines, forklift as needed, while maintaining accuracy and safety.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and collaboration within Lean and safety initiatives as part of a modern distribution team.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years related Warehouse Experience or shipping/receiving experience.
• OSHA Certified Forklift Operator preferred; training paid if not currently certified.

Responsibilities

• Perform distribution/warehouse tasks as outlined in procedures.
• Select, pack, palletize, label orders for shipment.
• Handle repetitive packaging, assembly, and machine operation.
• Receive customer products and prepare shipping documentation accurately.
• Coordinate staging of incoming product and ensure safe storage handling.
• Inspect finished goods and report damages or discrepancies.
• Maintain warehouse reports showing product staging locations.
• Ensure timely shipment by coordinating with staff and preparing shipping docs.
