We are currently seeking a first shift Warehouse Associate at our Reading, PA Facility.

Responsibilities

• Operate company trucks for pickups and deliveries to customers or vendors, as well as material shuttles between Tray-Pak buildings.
• Maintain truck cleanliness and operational efficiency.
• Operate company vehicles safely and courteously.
• Maintain professionalism with internal and external customers.
• Document finished goods movement according to current procedures.
• Load and unload trucks, placing received goods at designated warehouse areas.
• Verify accuracy of all warehouse documentation, including shipping/receiving paperwork, tally sheets, transfer sheets, load tags, pick tickets, BOLs, and packing lists.
• Keep work areas clean and organized, adhering to Food Safety standards.
• Provide raw material requirements for the current shift or as needed for shift transition (stock, sheets, cartons, polybags, etc.).
• Record inbound materials and place them in specified areas as per procedures.
• Familiarize with safety equipment and follow safety practices at all times.
• Report safety hazards or violations promptly to management.
• Verify incoming and outgoing shipments, handle materials, and manage their disposition.
• Maintain daily shipping, receiving, and locator records according to procedures.
• Adhere to Tray-Pak’s Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Team Leader or Manager.
