We are currently seeking an exceptional customer service professional to join us as a Warehouse Associate I.

The Warehouse Associate I is responsible, under direct supervision, for fulfilling customer order requirements with strong team coordination and follow-through abilities to complete the full cycle of receiving, stock put away, picking, packing, stocking, documenting, and shipping customized orders accurately and efficiently. This fast-paced position requires high productivity, attention to detail, the ability to understand and follow written specifications, perform data entry, and adhere to customized requirements, with trained knowledge of quality standards and customer specifications.
Strong verbal and written communication skills demonstrated through professional interactions with internal and external customers. Ability to be alert to warehouse safety issues and safeguards. Ability to work well both within a team and independently. Attention to detail and basic research skills. Ability to learn and use integrated database systems including Outlook, Word, and Excel. Understanding of DOT and EPA guidelines for transporting hazardous materials, as required. Employees must be able to prove compliance with ITAR requirements and meet FAR security clearance requirements where applicable.
