We are currently seeking a Warehouse Associate for the first shift at our Reading, PA Facility.

Easypak values world-class talent—people willing to work hard and get their hands dirty. In this lead position, your responsibilities will include:

  1. Operating company trucks for pickups and deliveries to customers or vendors, as well as shuttling materials between Tray-Pak buildings.
  2. Maintaining truck cleanliness and operational efficiency.
  3. Operating company vehicles safely and courteously.
  4. Maintaining professionalism with internal and external customers.
  5. Documenting all finished goods movements according to current procedures.
  6. Loading and unloading trucks, and placing received goods in designated warehouse areas.
  7. Verifying the accuracy of all warehouse documentation, including shipping/receiving paperwork, tally sheets, transfer sheets, load tags, pick tickets, BOLs, and packing lists.
  8. Keeping a clean and organized work area in compliance with Food Safety standards.
  9. Providing raw material requirements for the current shift or as needed for shift transitions.
  10. Placing inbound materials at specified areas and recording them per procedures.
  11. Familiarizing yourself with safety equipment and following safety practices at all times.
  12. Reporting safety hazards or violations promptly to management.
  13. Verifying incoming and outgoing shipments, handling, and disposition of materials.
  14. Maintaining daily shipping, receiving, and locator records as per procedures.
  15. Adhering to Tray-Pak Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
  16. Performing any additional duties assigned by the Team Leader or Manager.
