Job Summary

The Warehouse Associate I position ensures the safe, accurate, and efficient movement of goods throughout the distribution center. Tasks include order pulling, packing & shipping, receiving, inventory control, and general warehouse housekeeping.

Essential Job Functions

1. Utilize RF scanners for inventory picking and verification.
2. Move orders and carts to designated areas.
3. Inspect inventory and report issues.
4. Apply packaging to ensure safe transit.
5. Validate product details for accuracy.
6. Print and attach shipping labels.
7. Stage packages for carriers.
8. Report problematic conditions to supervisors.
9. Perform inventory movements and counts using RF scanners.
10. Conduct inventory putaways and address inaccuracies.
11. Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
12. Sort non-inventory items and manage waste.
13. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Job Requirements & Qualifications

• Ability to perform essential functions satisfactorily.
• Preferred: 3+ months experience in a warehouse/distribution setting.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain it preferred.
• Proficiency in English, basic computer skills.
• Ability to work independently and with others, with strong attention to detail.

Mental & Physical Demands

• Attention to detail, accuracy, and objective completion.
• Basic arithmetic skills.
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds, perform physical tasks, and work long hours as needed.
