Job summary

CORE & Main LP is seeking a motivated warehouse associate based in Lincoln, NE. The role involves loading, unloading, stocking, and preparing shipments while maintaining a safe work environment. You will assist with cycle counts and inventory controls in a fast-paced setting.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, forklift experience, and a valid driver's license. This is a full-time, on-site position offering benefits and opportunities for learning and growth within a nationwide

Qualifications

• Forklift experience preferred.
• Valid Driver's License and ability to pass pre-employment assessments.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload goods and materials.
• Sort, stock, and stage products for shipment or pickup.
• Assist with inventory counts and maintain clean work areas.
• Operate forklift or similar machinery as needed.
• Deliver small parts using company vehicle when required.

Major Tasks, Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities

• Complete tasks such as loading, unloading, sorting, picking, stocking, staging, fabrication and transportation of goods.
• Load and unload materials to and from designated storage area, such as racks, shelves, or vehicles.
• Stack or pile materials, such as lumber, boards, or pallets Install protective devices, such as bracing, padding, or strapping, to prevent shifting or damage to items being transported.
• Verify physical inventory and assist with cycle counts.
• Maintains condition of work area (i.e., free of trash, product in correct location, etc.).
• Follows company safety policies and procedures and encourages other associates to do the same.
• Receive and fill orders or sell supplies, materials, and products to customers.
• May operate forklift or other machinery to complete tasks.
• Operate a company vehicle for small parts delivery or pick-up as needed
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Valid Driver's License
• Must be able to pass pre-employment assessments
• Preferably, YOU have: High school diploma or GED Forklift experience
