We are currently seeking an exceptional customer service professional to join us as a Warehouse Associate I.

The Warehouse Associate I is accountable, under direct supervision, to fulfill customer order requirements with strong team coordination and follow-through abilities to complete the full cycle of receiving, stock put away, picking, packing, stocking, documenting, and shipping customized orders accurately and expeditiously. This fast-paced position requires high productivity, strong attention to detail for variances in product identification, ability to understand and follow written specifications, perform data entry, and adhere to customized requirements, with trained knowledge of quality standards and customer specifications.

About You

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Forklift certification training and current forklift license preferred.
• Experience of 1-2 years in warehousing, inventory control, and/or shipping preferred.

Qualifications

Strong verbal and written communication skills demonstrated in professional interactions with internal and external customers. Ability to be alert to warehouse safety issues, work well within a team and independently, be detail-oriented, perform basic research, and learn to use integrated database systems including Outlook, Word, and Excel. Understanding of DOT and EPA guidelines for transporting hazardous materials, compliance with ITAR requirements, and, where applicable, meeting FAR security clearance requirements.
