Job summary

West Shore Home is hiring a Warehouse Associate in Hartford. The role supports the Warehouse Manager in shipping, receiving, inventory, and routine maintenance, with a Monday–Friday schedule. Responsibilities include staging materials for jobs, delivering parts to sites, and maintaining a safe, organized warehouse environment.

The position offers competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits, with overtime as needed. Experience with forklifts and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Warehouse experience preferred (shipping/receiving)
• Experience operating a forklift
• Must have a smartphone with two-factor authentication access
• Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Manage Shipping & Receiving: inspect deliveries, verify quantities, document discrepancies
• Maintain Inventory & Supplies: monitor consumables, conduct counts, stock trucks
• Support Daily Installations: stage paperwork/materials, provide tools, deliver parts to sites
• Maintain Warehouse & Facility: keep area clean, safe, assist with minor maintenance
• Ensure Compliance & Flexibility: follow safety protocols, attend in person, may OT
