Qualifications

• Warehouse experience preferred with shipping/receiving responsibilities.
• Experience operating a forklift.
• Must have a valid smartphone or smart device for two-factor authentication logging.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Manage Shipping & Receiving: Inspect deliveries for damage, verify quantities and materials, document discrepancies, and route goods to departments.
• Maintain Inventory & Supplies: Monitor consumable inventory, conduct counts, distribute supplies, and stock trucks with tools.
• Support Daily Installations: Stage paperwork and materials for upcoming jobs, provide tools, and deliver parts to job sites as needed.
• Maintain Warehouse & Facility: Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe; assist with light building maintenance and snow/ice removal when required.
• Ensure Compliance & Flexibility: Follow safety protocols, attend in-person, report discrepancies, and work overtime as needed.
