Job summary
RXO is hiring a Warehouse Associate to support shipping/receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment at our Miami facility. You will read orders, assemble items, and help ensure safe, efficient warehouse operations.
The role requires flexibility for shifts and hands-on work with scanners and loading equipment, contributing to reliable service for customers and carriers across North America.
Qualifications
- Basic written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- Willing to work day/evening/night/weekend shifts.
- Dock or warehouse experience in transportation.
- Experience loading/unloading trailers.
- Experience using handheld scanners.
- Ability to follow written or verbal instructions with critical thinking.
Responsibilities
- Assist with shipping and receiving activities.
- Read customer orders to determine items to move and distribute.
- Ensure warehouse is accessible and safe for all staff.
- Assemble products and participate in inventory counts as needed.
- Take check calls from drivers and verify load data for accounting.
- Monitor daily pick-ups and deliveries to ensure on-time arrival.
