Job summary

RXO is a leading provider of transportation solutions in North America. We’re seeking a Warehouse Associate to help shipments move efficiently by unloading, checking in merchandise, and preparing orders for processing.

You’ll use handheld scanners, assist with inventory, and support timely deliveries while upholding safety standards. The role requires the ability to lift up to 75 pounds, flexibility across shifts, and basic computer and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Basic written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Experience using handheld scanners is preferred.
• Dock or warehouse experience in transportation is a plus.
• Must be able to lift, push or pull at least 75 pounds.
• Willingness to work days, evenings, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist with shipping and receiving activities, including unloading trucks and checking in merchandise.
• Read orders and determine items to move, gather, and ship.
• Ensure warehouse is safe and accessible for staff and customers.
• Participate in inventory counts and loading/unloading duties as needed.
• Take calls from drivers and verify load data for delivery.
