RXO is hiring a Warehouse Associate to support shipping, receiving, and inventory activities at our Houston facility. You will read orders, move goods, and help ensure accurate and timely deliveries while keeping the warehouse safe and well-organized.

The role requires basic communication and computer skills, willingness to work varied shifts, and experience with dock work, trailer loading, and handheld scanners. Team collaboration and safety adherence are essential.

Qualifications

• Basic written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Willingness to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings, nights and weekends.
• Dock or warehouse experience in transportation.
• Experience loading and unloading trailers.
• Experience using handheld scanners.
• Ability to interpret written, verbal or diagram instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assist with shipping and receiving activities including unloading trucks and checking in merchandise.
• Read orders and determine items to move, gather and ship.
• Ensure warehouse is accessible and safe for all.
• Assemble products and participate in inventory counts as needed.
• Take calls from drivers and verify load data for on-time delivery.
• Monitor daily pickups and deliveries to ensure loads arrive on time and in good condition.
