Job summary

RXO is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Austin, TX to support shipping and receiving, unload trucks, check in merchandise, and distribute orders for processing. You will read orders, verify items, and help keep the warehouse safe and efficient on a fast-paced schedule.

You must be able to lift 75 pounds, use handheld scanners, and adapt to shifts including days, evenings, nights, and weekends. RXO values teamwork, safety, and reliability across its growing network.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with shipping and receiving activities including unloading trucks, checking in merchandise, and distributing orders.
• Read customer orders, work orders, and shipping orders to determine items to move and ship.
• Ensure warehouse is accessible and safe for employees and customers; follow safety policies.
• Assemble products and participate in inventory counts as needed.
• Take load notes from drivers and verify data for accuracy before marking loads delivered.
• Monitor daily pick-ups and deliveries and ensure on-time, good-condition arrivals.
