Job summary

Frank's Produce, a subsidiary of Charlie's Produce, is seeking a night-shift warehouse picker in Seattle, WA. You will operate a riding pallet jack to load full case produce orders onto pallets and stage them for next-day delivery.

Qualifications include 3–6 months in warehouse picking, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and fluency in English. Starting wage is $24.00 per hour with benefits such as medical/dental/vision, sick pay, vacation, and more.

Our picking crew uses state-of-the art voice pick equipment and they pick several thousand pieces per week. Due to our unique customer service model, we can guarantee next day delivery to our customers which keeps our warehouse operations team very busy 24 hours per day!

Job Description

Shift:

9pm - 5:30am (some flexibility on start time)

Job Summary:

You will be part of a team of people that work together in an environment that is friendly, yet productive.

This role is for picking full case produce orders onto a pallet while operating a riding pallet jack. These orders are picked with product integrity in mind and are wrapped and staged upon completion for delivery to the customer. We strive to maintain a safe warehouse environment while specializing in building organized orders with attention to quality and accuracy while meeting all food safety programs. This is a steady paced position that requires a standard of a certain pieces per hour which is easily within reach for candidates that are hired on.

Essential functions include but are not limited to:

• Ability to work in a refrigerated environment (36-degrees).
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs frequently.
• Physical capacities to utilize moving motorized equipment (electric pallet jack, sit down forklift, stand-up forklift) in a fast paced environment.
• Basic arithmetic skills (addition/subtraction).
• Ability to read, write and speak English Fluently.
• Auditory ability to take orders via a headset.
• Flexibility to work O.T. as needed.

Qualifications

Desired Minimum Qualifications:

• At least 3-6 months of warehouse or wholesale picking experience
• Any previous electric pallet jack experience
• Must have reliable transportation
