Job summary

Floor & Decor in Waltham, MA is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our team. As a part of our store support, you will compile orders, replenish shelves, and move merchandise on the floor and to customers' vehicles, all while maintaining safety and accuracy.

The role involves checking inventory, assisting customers, operating a forklift, and loading products for pickup. We offer full-time and part-time opportunities, with a pay range of $16.85–$21.00 per hour and bonuses including referral

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Knowledge of basic math skills.
• Warehouse experience.
• Customer service experience.
• Experience with heavy machinery, forklifts, or farm equipment preferred but not required.
• Completion of forklift certifications through F&D.
• Where permissible by state law, certification to use heavy equipment requires successful passing of a drug test.

Responsibilities

• Compile orders and replenish/move merchandise.
• Check inventory and orders, interact with customers.
• Operate a forklift and load products for customers.
• Assist customers in finding products and answer questions.
• Keep work area clean and safe.
