Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a warehouse associate to compile orders, replenish merchandise, and move items, including to customers’ vehicles. The role involves inventory checks, customer interactions, and forklift operation in a fast-paced environment.

Eligible candidates should be 18+, with basic math skills, warehouse experience, and forklift certifications preferred. Full-Time and Part-Time positions are available; store hours vary by day and location.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Knowledge of basic math skills.
• Warehouse experience.
• Experience with heavy machinery, forklifts, or farm equipment preferred but not required.
• Completion of forklift certifications through F&D.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate and understand compliance of the company’s safety processes.
• Work in a fast pace environment with accuracy.
• Provide above and beyond customer service and exceed customer expectations.
• Act and work in a manner consistent with the company’s core values.
• Restock our show floor with product.
• Organize merchandise to company standards to ensure customers may shop with ease.
• Load out customers with the correct product.
• Help customers find products as needed and answer customer questions.
• Keep work area clean and safe.
