Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support our store operations. You will compile orders, replenish merchandise, and move items to the customer’s vehicle while checking inventory and assisting shoppers. A forklift-friendly environment is expected, with emphasis on safety and efficiency.

We offer both full-time and part-time roles, with opportunities to grow. The position requires reliable teamwork and strong customer-service orientation in a busy retail setting.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Knowledge of basic math skills.
• Warehouse experience.
• Customer service experience.
• Experience with heavy machinery, forklifts, or farm equipment preferred but not required.
• Completion of forklift certifications through F&D.
• Drug test may be required where permitted by state law.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate and understand compliance with safety processes.
• Work in a fast-paced environment with accuracy.
