Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support our store operations in Massachusetts. You will compile orders, replenish merchandise, and assist customers on the sales floor and in the loading area.

Forklift operation may be required; a positive attitude and reliability are essential for success. The role offers both full-time and part-time options, with base pay starting at $15.10 per hour and higher starting pay based on experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Knowledge of basic math skills.
• Warehouse experience.
• Customer service experience.
• Forklift certification preferred or required where applicable.
• Must pass background/drug checks as allowed by state law.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate and follow the company’s safety processes.
• Work in a fast-paced environment with accuracy.
• Provide excellent customer service and exceed expectations.
• Restock the show floor and organize merchandise to standards.
• Assist customers in finding products and loading them for pickup or delivery.
• Load out customers with the correct product and help locate items as needed.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Be available to assist in other areas of the store as needed.
