Job summary

Trane Technologies is hiring a Warehouse Associate to support on-site operations in McKinney, TX. You will help move goods, coordinate inbound/outbound shipments, stock inventory, operate a forklift, and maintain supplies to keep the warehouse running smoothly.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• Forklift experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be the reliable primary contact for warehouse movement and for customer and local transportation provider interactions.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments and freight accurately.
• Stock and organize product inventory for smooth warehouse operations.
• Load and unload freight using power industrial vehicles such as a forklift; maintain work equipment.
• Maintain office and warehouse supplies required for effective operation.
• Flexibility to work overtime/weekends and on-call shifts, as required.
