Trane Technologies is hiring a Warehouse Associate on site to support the warehouse team. You will work daytime shifts (Mon-Fri with occasional Saturdays) to ensure timely handling of inbound/outbound shipments and smooth inventory control, including forklift operations.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous Warehouse and power industrial vehicle experience such as a forklift.
• Safety by utilizing all appropriate resources to safely perform all functions of the job.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to follow through on commitments and details.
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office).
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Proven team player.

Responsibilities

• Be the reliable primary contact for warehouse movement and for customer and local transportation provider interactions
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments and freight accurately
• Stock and organize product inventory for smooth warehouse operations
• Load and unload freight using power industrial vehicles such as a forklift; maintain work equipment
• Maintain office and warehouse supplies required for effective operation
• Flexibility to work overtime/weekends and on-call shifts, as required
