Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support our on-site warehouse team in New Jersey. You will manage inbound/outbound shipments, stock inventory, and operate forklifts to move freight while ensuring safety and efficiency. The role requires a HS Diploma and good computer and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Be the reliable primary contact for warehouse movement and for customer and local transportation provider interactions.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments and freight accurately.
• Stock and organize product inventory for smooth warehouse operations.
• Load and unload freight using power industrial vehicles such as a forklift; maintain work equipment.
• Maintain office and warehouse supplies required for effective operation.
