Job summary

Holman Enterprises is seeking a dependable Material Handler in Loxley, AL to support receiving, inventory, picking, packing, and shipping duties. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and teamwork in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Starting pay is $21 per hour with a full benefits package and 8:30am–5:00pm shift. Qualified candidates will have prior warehouse experience, forklift operation, and familiarity with RF scanners or warehouse management systems.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience.
• Forklift operating experience.
• Experience using RF scanners or warehouse management systems preferred.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials and products.
• Pick, stage, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Load and unload materials safely.
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment per safety guidelines.
• Utilize RF scanners and WMS to process inventory transactions.
• Perform cycle counts and support inventory accuracy.
• Maintain warehouse organization and housekeeping.
• Collaborate with team to achieve daily goals.
• Provide excellent service to internal and external customers.
