Job summary

Holman is hiring a Warehouse Associate in Mobile, AL. The position focuses on receiving, storing, picking, packing and shipping materials with emphasis on safety and accuracy. You will operate forklifts, use RF scanners and WMS, and support cycle counts in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience.
• Forklift experience.
• Experience using RF scanners or warehouse management systems.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials.
• Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse.

• Dependable work ethic and positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials and products
• Pick, stage, and prepare customer orders for shipment accurately and efficiently
• Load and unload materials safely
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment in accordance with safety guidelines
• Utilize RF scanners and warehouse management systems to process inventory transactions
• Perform cycle counts and support inventory accuracy initiatives
• Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and housekeeping standards
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals
• Assist with continuous improvement efforts and problem-solving initiatives
• Provide excellent service and support to internal and external customers
