Harrell’s LLC is seeking a full-time Warehouse Associate for a day shift (Mon-Fri) in Alabama. Responsibilities include handling raw materials, receiving shipments, and ensuring inventory accuracy in a safety-focused environment.

The role requires at least a high school diploma or GED and 2+ years handling raw materials or operating loading equipment. Forklift certification is preferred; excellent organization and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 2 years experience with raw materials.
• Minimum 2 years experience operating loading equipment.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• Must be able to read and interpret run lists and formulations.
• Familiar with fertilizer construction and application.

Responsibilities

• Handle raw material warehouse activities to fulfill production needs and meet inventory requirements.
• Unload bulk and raw materials to ensure safety and health factors in processes.
• Maximize material utilization based on fertilizer orders for efficiency.
• Order, coordinate delivery, and receive raw materials.
• Maintain cleanliness of warehouse and unloading areas and surroundings.
• Assist Plant Manager with inventory shrinkage and reconciliation.
