Job summary

Ferguson is hiring a Warehouse Associate in Indio, CA. Schedule: Mon-Fri 6:00am–2:30pm with overtime and 1 Saturday per month, 7:30am–11:30am. Pay starts at $21.76/hour and may be higher with experience.

Responsibilities include forklift operation, pallet work, RF device use, and receiving/stocking materials. Requirements include 1–3 years warehouse experience and forklift certification, plus strong attention to detail and a safety-focused approach.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years warehouse experience in shipping, receiving, delivery, or inventory management.
• Forklift experience is required.
• High attention to detail.
• Comfortable in a fast paced environment.
• Positive demeanor and strong work ethic.
• Self-starter with ability to learn systems quickly.
• Focus on improving system efficiencies and practices.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs regularly.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and PPE usage.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a forklift to pull and prepare outbound customer orders.
• Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages.
• Use RF devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders.
• Receive, verify, stage and stock incoming material.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and accident-free workspace.
• Follow safety regulations and wear PPE.
