Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises in Vista, CA is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our team. The role involves safely operating a stand-up forklift, pulling and packing customer orders, and using RF devices to sort and prepare shipments.

You will also receive, verify, and stock incoming material and help keep the facility clean and safe. We offer a Monday–Friday schedule from 12:30pm to 8:00pm with overtime as needed; starting pay is $23/hour, with higher rates based on experience.

Qualifications

• Warehouse experience in shipping, receiving, delivery, or inventory management is preferred.
• High attention to detail.
• Comfortable in a fast paced, changing environment.
• Positive demeanor, dependability, and strong work ethic.
• Self-starter with ability to learn our systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a stand-up forklift to pull and prepare outbound customer orders.
• Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages.
• Use RF devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders.
• Receive, verify, stage and stock all incoming material.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and follow PPE and safety regulations.
