Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, LLC in Indio, CA is seeking an entry level Warehouse Associate to safely operate a stand-up forklift, pull and prepare outbound orders, and handle pallets and packaging. You will use RF devices to sort, scan, and stock materials while adhering to safety regulations and PPE requirements.

This role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with overtime as needed, starting pay of $21/hour, and benefits including health/dental/vision, a 401(k) with company match, and parental leave.

Qualifications

• 0-3 years warehouse experience preferred.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Must be able to lift items weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Pre-employment drug and background screening required.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a stand-up forklift to pull and prepare outbound orders.
• Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages.
• Use RF devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders.
• Receive, verify, stage and stock incoming material.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and accident-free workspace.
