Job summary

Leslie's is hiring a Warehouse Associate 3 in Swedesboro, NJ. The role requires at least 1 year of warehouse experience and 6 months operating material handling equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks.

Qualifications

High School or GED required.
1 year of related warehouse experience required.
6 months of forklift, cherry picker, or electric pallet jack experience required.
Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
Must pass drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

Receiving/Put-Away: unload inbound shipments and store safely, verify against manifest.
Order Picking: accurately pick customer orders for shipment.
Quality: ensure inbound/outbound shipments are undamaged and accurate.
Loading: move products into trailers safely and efficiently.
Equipment: operate forklift and other handling equipment as needed.
Safety/Sanitation/Security: maintain a clean, secure DC and comply with OSHA standards.
