Job summary

Leslie’s is seeking a Warehouse Associate 3 to support order picking, receiving, unloading, loading, restocking and shipping in our distribution center. You will operate forklifts, cherry pickers, and electric pallet jacks, keep areas clean, and follow safety and OSHA procedures.

Applicants need at least 1 year of warehouse experience and ability to lift 50+ pounds, stand for long periods, and work overtime/weekends; WMS and RF scanners experience preferred; pay is $19.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School or GED preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must pass a Drug screen and Background check.
• 1 year of related warehouse experience required.
• 6 months of experience operating the Forklift, Cherry Picker, or Electric Pallet Jack required.
• Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners required.

Responsibilities

• Receiving/Put-Away — unload inbound shipments and move products to storage locations; count products and report shortages or damages.
• Order Picking — accurately pick customer orders and transport to staging areas.
• Quality — ensure inbound/outbound shipments are accurate and undamaged; report variances.
• Loading — move products from staging to trailers, ensuring safe stacking and loading procedures.
• Equipment — safely operate forklift or other equipment and use RF devices for picking/receiving.
• Safety/Sanitation/Security — maintain a clean area and follow OSHA/MSDS standards.
